A wish granted..

This morning when I got to the shelter, Sylvia was waiting for me. She said, “Do you think I can get a forever home today?? You told me that since I am so cute and adorable, and I’m only 6 years old, some nice people would adopt me soon.” As I got started washing kitty bowls and litter boxes, she leaned over the sink and said, “You know, I think you are only trying to make me feel good. Do you think some nice people will come by today to adopt me??” “Well I hope this will be the day,” I said and gave her a few kitty treats I had in my pocket.

Before I left for the day, I thought to myself, "I wish a family would come soon to meet Sylvia and take her to her own FOREVER Home."

Our wish was granted and she was adopted by a loving family.

PS: Unfortunately, the day Sylvia was adopted, I was not present at the shelter. Had I been there, I would have given her a GIANT SIZE HUG and congratulated the folks who had opened their hearts and home to this sweet little kitty.
